Family-led and built on over 50 years of international fine and high jewellery expertise, Shira Ghaffari combines a deep-rooted heritage with a forward-looking vision. Our leadership works alongside highly specialised teams across every area of the company, overseeing creative direction, product development, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality control and delivery. Through long-standing relationships built over decades and a fully integrated approach, we ensure every project is managed with discretion, consistency and uncompromising attention to detail from concept to completion.
Raised within the world of fine and high jewellery, Federico leads the company’s strategic direction, international development and overall operations. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background spanning classical studies, business law, jewellery, gemmology and watchmaking, he oversees the company’s commercial, creative and technical activities, together with product development, manufacturing and client relationships. His forward-looking vision and rigorous approach ensure every project is managed with clarity, consistency and full alignment with each client’s identity and long-term objectives.
For over five decades, Shirazeh has played a defining role in the creation and development of fine and high jewellery for leading international jewellers, from major collections to exceptional one-of-a-kind creations. Combining extensive international experience with a profound understanding of jewellery history, craftsmanship and design, she defines the company’s creative vision and oversees artistic development, gemstone selection, design refinement and product evolution, ensuring every creation achieves technical excellence, enduring beauty, aesthetic coherence and a distinctive identity at every stage.
