Shira Ghaffari S.r.l. has conducted due diligence with respect to its relevant business partners in order to identify any deviations from the OECD Annex II guidelines. No human rights risks have been detected. The transactions under review are considered low-risk, and the checks carried out are consistent with RJC principles.

RJC SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY
Shira Ghaffari S.r.l. operates in the jewellery sector. The Management's vision is to maintain and strengthen the company's market positioning; to this end, the organisation closely monitors external factors and their evolution in terms of technical, product, sectoral, service, cultural, social, environmental, regulatory and legislative requirements.
Shira Ghaffari S.r.l. has adopted the RJC Code of Practices (COP) standards and is committed to promoting responsible practices from an ethical, human rights, social and environmental standpoint throughout the entire gold and platinum group metals supply chain.
Shira Ghaffari S.r.l. is attentive to internal and external sustainability factors as they manifest in the ethical, social and environmental dimensions of business conduct. To this end, the company has embraced the objectives of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), sharing its overarching goal of a responsible global supply chain that fosters trust in the worldwide jewellery industry through the adoption of the RJC Code of Practices and the implementation of sustainable practices across the entire gold and platinum group metals supply chain, from extraction to retail.
We are committed to upholding the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas by integrating ethical, human rights, social and environmental considerations into our daily operations. We are further committed to reporting and refraining from any form of corruption, false declarations of origin, and money laundering, as well as to the proper payment of taxes, duties and levies to governments, and to full compliance with applicable national and international legislation.
Shira Ghaffari S.r.l. is committed to respecting fundamental human rights and the dignity of every individual, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights proclaimed by the United Nations. The use of child labour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Shira Ghaffari S.r.l. is committed to refraining from all forms of forced labour, bonded labour and contractually coerced labour, and to placing no restrictions on the freedom of movement of employees and workers.
